The sea can have enormous significance. Your loved one might have had nautical connections or simply a love of the ocean.</P> <P>We can take you, your friends and family out to sea from Liverpool Marina or North Wales on a twelve seater motor yacht called Iantha. The yacht has disabled access. Once we arrive at a suitable offshore location it will then be possible for you to scatter the ashes into the sea along with any biodegradable floral tributes or other biodegradable items.</P> <P>Environmental considerations;<BR> No license or special permission is required to scatter ashes at sea. Only bio-degradable items are to be placed in the sea as tributes. The crematorium usually supply the ashes in a plastic or cardboard urn. Therfore it is best if they are poured into the sea and the urn disposed of when you get back home. Alternatively we have biodegradable urns Handmade using harvested bark of the mulberry tree. In a variety of colours and crafted in a shell or pillow shape they sit on the surface of the sea for a few moments before being gently submerged.</P> <P>Service or ceremony;<BR> We can arrange for you to have a religious or non religious service as you place your loved ones ashes in the water. Or you may prefer something simpler and more informal. Music can also be played on the CD system.</P> <P>What we charge;<BR> Please enquire when making the arrangements as these will be tailored to suit your exact requirements.</P> <P>"I want to say thank-you for providing such a helpful and caring service.
